URWERK continues to redefine modern watchmaking with the release of the UR-100V Time and Culture III — a one-of-a-kind luxury timepiece that bridges ancient tradition and avant-garde innovation. Crafted in collaboration with the David Kakabadze Studio in Tbilisi, Georgia, this horological masterpiece is more than a watch — it's a wearable relic, drenched in symbolism and shimmering with 24K gold enamel artistry.
Part of URWERK’s ongoing Time and Culture collection, the UR-100V III draws inspiration from the heart of Georgian Orthodox heritage. Its cloisonné enamel dial, inspired by the zodiac frescoes of the Svetitskhoveli Cathedral, depicts Christ surrounded by twelve celestial symbols — a cosmic representation of the twelve months, hours, and constellations. Each detail tells the legend of Sidonia, Elias, and the sacred robe of Christ — a story rooted in fourth-century Christian lore.
