Bentley’s New Bentayga Speed is the most powerful and dynamic yet

While we were sad when the folks in Crewe announced the death of their sublime W12 engine. Today we are overjoyed to hear, the new Bentley Bentayga Speed is the most powerful, dynamic, and performance-oriented SUV the brand has ever made. At its core is a newly tuned 4.0-liter twin-turbo V8 engine, delivering 650 PS (641 hp) and 850 Nm of torque, enabling 0–62 mph acceleration in just 3.4 seconds and a top speed of 193 mph.
Beyond the numbers, Bentley has focused on redefining the driving experience. A significantly reworked SPORT mode sharpens handling with increased suspension stiffness, faster steering response, and new ESC Dynamic programming that allows for controlled slides and power oversteer. The Bentayga Speed also features launch control, torque vectoring by brake, and, for the first time, all-wheel steering—which tightens low-speed maneuvers and enhances high-speed stability.
Optional carbon ceramic brakes offer immense stopping power, especially when paired with 23-inch Speed wheels—a Bentley first. Exterior updates include dark-tint trim, Speed-specific badging, and a bold black contrast roof option.
Inside, the performance focus continues with Speed badging, a new Precision Diamond quilt design, and a distinctive color split interior that combines dark and accent hides. As always with Bentley, luxury materials and handcrafted finishes elevate the cabin.
Despite its increased power and sharper handling, the new Bentayga Speed doesn’t compromise on everyday comfort—afterall it is a Bentley.
